How the two sides work together

A victim sets up their free Case Desk dashboard. They work through property damage, medical records, and state-specific guidance on their own time.
When their case has bodily-injury complexity, the victim opens the Bodily Injury Claim module and browses verified lawyers filtered by state, case type, and language.
The victim picks. The lawyer they pick receives the lead in their Case Desk for Lawyers workspace. The lawyer follows up.
